It offers options such as paying your bills with credit or debit cards, setting up recurring payments, using Bancomer points as payment, checking your balance and downloading your latest bill, locating the 10 nearest Customer Service Centers, reporting power supply issues, activating electronic billing (paperless), simulating future consumption, and receiving payment reminders.

To obtain the precise addresses of the nearest Customer Service Centers, you will need to enable location services. Similarly, in order to receive payment reminders, you will need to activate push notifications within the app.
